The Family Online Shop Beginning
The journey began 5 years ago when my wife opened a small online retail shop on Facebook. She handled roughly 100 to 200 orders each month. However, tracking cashflow, daily profits, and inventory using paper notebooks was stressful, blurry, and error-prone.

Witnessing those struggles firsthand sparked an idea: build a simple, lightweight mobile app. The initial goal was just to help my wife and fellow micro-merchants who were having a tough time. Heartfelt feedback from shop owners became the biggest fuel to keep going.
